First and foremost I am a wife and mom. I have 3 children. An 9 year old and 5 year old daughter and a son that passed away from cancer when he was 2. I started a non-profit in memory of Parker, yet still felt like I needed something for “me”. I thought it would be great to start a website for people who I could relate to…and what a better group then moms!
I know that there are many blogs that review different products. A majority that I found focused on maternity items and babies – which is great – but I also wanted to see something a little different. My oldest daughter is 9 and I wanted to see products geared more toward her age. I am still excited to review items for babies and younger children as well. I love to inform my readers of new and exciting products on the market to make life easier – or just something fun for them!
My 2 year old son, Parker, passed away from cancer in November 2007. With that being said, I have been more concerned about my family’s health. I want to do everything I can to prevent illness in our home. In order to do this I feel that it is important to be weary of chemicals that we are using around our home and in our bodies. Therefore organic and going Green is very important to us.
There are also some amazing products for mom’s out there to make our lives easier and/or more fun! I hope to share some special finds with you.
My intention is to review products and give you an honest impression of them. What makes the items great, what if anything needs to be improved, how do they compare with other products, etc.
