My children always find Cat in the Hat movies and books entertaining, but this one was one of their favorites so far. My children are all big animal lovers so they loved watching the animals’ adventures as they watched them swing through the trees and reach for the treetops. Your kids will enjoy learning the fun and interesting facts. I love how learning can be fun and often they don’t even realize how much they are learning!
The Cat takes Sally and Nick to Africa–where they learn how animals are either predators or prey, that elephants tend to favor one tusk over the other, how to tell the difference between a white and black rhino (both of which are gray!), and much, much more! I think after reading this the kids might be more attentive on our next trip to the zoo.
