I love fall! It means cooking out, tailgating at football games and entertaining friends. In Florida, it also means a little bit of relief from the summer temperatures. It is the time of year as a family we spend more time enjoying the outdoors. We even have another camping trip planned. I love good food and always look for different ideas to serve when tailgating and camping. This past weekend at the Gator and LSU game, we tried the Hillshire Farm bratwurst. It was a hit among the kids and adults of all ages. The flavor was great and it hit the spot. I think we will make this a staple at our tailgating events.
Hillshire Farm products don’t stop there they also carry a variety of other products. They offer everything from lean lunch meats, to grilled chicken, to low fat turkey links. There’s a variety of choices and flavors. They also still have their old favorites like smoked sausages and cocktail links. They have something for everyone and every event you may be hosting. I can’t wait to try out the Hillshire Farm grilled chicken for a quick and healthy meal when we are rushing between sports and piano at night. I love that the chicken has no preservatives. Make it even healthier by serving it with some fruit and vegetables. This might become a great “go to” meal for my family.
