When I think I often think exercise and eating right, but there is much more.  Well-Being can be how you feel mentally, how connected you are to your family and friends, and even how you are saving for the future.  My Well-Being by Humana is a great place to start making sure you are taking care of yourself mentally by focusing on your health and wellness, family and leisure activities.  I just signed up and was so excited to read such a wide variety of articles that relate to my life.  I took advantage of The My Well-Being Assessment test.  It was quick and easy to take, but the results helped me to see how I was doing in areas of my life such as health, money, people and play.  It is nice to be reminded that a good balance is important. 

My favorite part of the site is the endless amounts of articles that I can relate too.  I think they have every area of life covered.  I have been saying for months I want to start a new diet, but I keep putting it off. Now I have endless amount of articles on dieting at just a click away.   I can’t wait to read about weight loss and eating.  I am hoping it will help me to be more knowledgeable about my weight loss goals and keep me focused.
