Chicago Cutlery Knives Giveaway and Mango Salsa Recipe

My husband and I have been using our Chicago Cutlery DesignPro Knives with every meal that calls for a knife in the preparation process.  My ordinary knives have a metal handle and I felt like it was hard to get a grip.  Chicago Cutlery Design Pro has engineered a knife with a handle that allows for a comfort grip.  I feel that I definitely have more control of my knife.  I also love that I don’t have to put forth an effort when I’m chopping or cutting something.  The Japanese steel blades are extremely sharp.  I also like that I don’t have to switch between multiple knives!

I love how excited my husband has been with our new knives.  He is so much so that he went out and purchased a special knife block  just for our Chicago Cutlery knives. We normally hand wash the knives but somehow (no names mentioned) one slipped into the dishwasher.  I was quite worried about the condition but I was so excited to see that it was just as perfect as when I received it!

I would love to share with you my latest creation using my Chicago Cutlery DesignPro knife.

Mango Salsa

2 – Mangos

3 – Avocadoes

1/2 – 1 – Tomato

1/4 – 1 – Red Onion

2 – Limes

Chop everything up.  I tend to cube my avocados, but you can smash as well.  When everything is in the bowl squeeze the limes over top (you can also use lime juice from the bottle).  Add salt and pepper to taste.

Maybe you can try this recipe using your new Chicago Cutlery DesignPro Chef Knife!  We like to eat our salsa as it is with tortilla chips and just recently started putting it on our fish tacos.
