Summer time is here which means time to watch what we’re eating. I feel like this kick comes around our family quite often, but this time my husband is spurring it on. This means a lot of veggies, chicken and fish….but how many ways can one prepare these foods in a healthy way?
I have been working quite a lot lately so healthy meal planning needs to be easy for me. Last night we had crock pot chicken and vegetables. I used Lemon Pepper Spike Seasoning on the chicken and it added a great flavor! I sauteed our squash and onions and added Spike Seasoning Vegit spice.
