This is the time of year where I see pictures of friends visiting cooler temperatures and enjoying snow. We took our kids last winter to enjoy some of that snow fun we don’t get here in Florida. We did some skiing, sledding and tubing in the United States. They loved making snowmen and having snowball fights. We all had a blast and the kids keep asking to go again. I would love to go outside of the United States and experience visiting other places. You always hear of France and Switzerland as top ski resorts.
Morzine ski resort in France is such a quaint village with a little bit for every age. It has lots of fresh snow during the peak season and snow is made when needed. It has slopes for beginners to advance and include snowboarding slopes. My husband loves snowboarding so he always looks for a resort that allows snowboarders. This type of trip can be fun for the whole family with activities organized specifically for children every week. Another great thing they offer is a nursery for children so parents get a little time to ski alone.
Finding activities to do for the whole is family is easy here and so is finding an accommodation in Morzine. Whether you want to relax by a fire in one of the Morzine apartments, or be a part of the active nightlife you will be sure to find something. Hotels in Morzine are beautiful, traditional, and convenient to the slopes. I know when skiing and having to all the gear included it is nice to be close to the ski area. Visiting this beautiful location and enjoying all it has to offer would be a great getaway. I am going to start saving because I can’t wait to hit the slopes again soon with my family.
